Smoking inside the local is forbidden. To smoke you need to go outside of the building.
If the organizer cancels the event, all guests will receive a full refund. However, because these events are planned for each individual who is invited to attend, it would be impossible to return the ticket once purchased. In the event of illness or any other cause acknowledged by the organizer, the guest may receive a refund if the organizer can replace the guest with another person on the waiting list, or the ticket value may be used for the next event or private session party.
